Mi\u0161i\u0107i tako sagorijevaju manje kalorija, krv slabije kola tijelom, pati vam kralje\u017enica. Osim toga zbog sjedila\u010dkog na\u010dina \u017eivota izlo\u017eeni smo ve\u0107em riziku visokog krvnog tlaka, lo\u0161eg holesterola kao i dodatnih ekstra centimetara oko trbuha. Ukoliko va\u0161 posao podrazumijeva osmosatno sjedenje svakako bi se trebali dignuti svakih sat vremena i protegnuti noge, prohodati i napraviti koji \u010du\u010danj. No to naravno nije uvijek mogu\u0107e jer nas rokovi i koli\u010dina posla naprosto ve\u017eu za stolac. Ipak neke stvari mo\u017eete napraviti i dok sjedite. 1. Jednostavan pokret za \u010dvr\u0161\u0107e noge Ispravite noge tako da vam budu paralelno s podom. Potom stisnite mi\u0161i\u0107e bedara i zadr\u017eite nekoliko sekundi. Nakon toga lagano spustite noge i vje\u017ebu napravite nekoliko puta. Za ve\u0107i otpor ovu vje\u017ebu mo\u017eete probati napraviti i s prekri\u017eenim nogama. 2. Prikrivenom vje\u017ebom do tanjeg struka Sklekovi i &#8216;trbu\u0161njaci&#8217; su odli\u010dni no nisu jedini na\u010din na koji mo\u017eete do\u0107i do tanjeg struka. Trbu\u0161ne mi\u0161i\u0107e mo\u017eete vje\u017ebati i dok sjedite i to gotovo neprimjetno. Naime, stisnite mi\u0161i\u0107e trbuha kao da o\u010dekujete da \u0107e vas netko udariti. Zadr\u017eite ih tako stisnute par sekundi, potom opustite i vje\u017ebu ponovite nekoliko puta. 3. Tapkanjem i migoljenjem do br\u017eeg protoka krvi Tapkanje nogom ispod stola, okretanje na stolici i op\u0107enito migoljenje mogu sagorjeti i do 100 kalorija dnevno. Osim toga sagorijevanju kalorija svakako \u0107e pridonijeti i povremeno istezanje ruku, okretanje glave na jednu i drugu stranu, otvaranje i zatvaranje \u0161ake kako bi razgibali i istegnuli prste. Ovi savjeti ne\u0107e vam pomo\u0107i kada imate prebukiran poslovni raspored, ali u u nekom trenutku u danu mo\u017eda \u0107ete mo\u0107i napraviti neku od ovih sjedila\u010dkih vje\u017ebi.
